djwarner Posted August 14, 2015 Share #1 Posted August 14, 2015 My C drive ate itself recently causing me to rebuild my system. One thing I have not been not been able to restore is the ad (domain) blocking in IE11. I believe I learned how to do this from a post on this forum, but search of the three letter "ads" is not allowed. Does anyone remember how to do this? I have since upgraded to Windows 10 and unfortunately, I can't find any equivalent option for MS Edge.
DatsunZGuy Posted August 14, 2015 Share #2 Posted August 14, 2015 I've been using AdFenderTM for about a year and it's been working well against a majority of internet ads.
Kurbycar32 Posted August 14, 2015 Share #3 Posted August 14, 2015 I found the ultimate solution to this problem: Start with a fresh computer without browser history Get your wife to search for lingerie like every day, or hell do it yourself Whenever you go shopping online do it in "private mode" so as not to accumulate cookies Enjoy seeing nothing but scantily clad smoking hot models during regular browsing, while getting your forum sites paid
Captain Obvious Posted August 15, 2015 Share #4 Posted August 15, 2015 That's awesome. Wish I had thought of that!
