Diseazd Posted August 15, 2015 Share #1 Posted August 15, 2015 Just read where Hagarty named the 90 to 95 Z32 a top ten collectable, so I buffed out my 1990 original paint 300ZX. The Turtle Wax trim restorer works miracles. These cars are incredible.....don't know why they are so cheap!
Hardway Posted August 15, 2015 Share #2 Posted August 15, 2015 Good work Diseazd! Your pearl white Z32 is beautiful. I think they are cheap because they made lots of them and they are rather complex cars for the average mechanic/enthusiast. However, a clean all stock car with reasonable miles and well documented history will always command a premium. I would like to test drive a nice TT one day. Diseazd Posted August 15, 2015 Author Share #3 Posted August 15, 2015 That would be silver Hardway, but you're right about a premium car bringing decent money, but if you're looking for a Z32, you'd better buy em now, cause they are incredibly cheap.....mine (without a scratch) would probably only bring about $10,000.00..............that's the price for a restorable 240Z.....in need of repair. These cars out of the box handle like a race car, and they ride like a Cadilac!
Martzedcars Posted August 16, 2015 Share #4 Posted August 16, 2015 Nice one, i got a 1992 euro version of that 2+2 car less then 80000 km (or 50000 miles) on it! in very good condition. If you now put your front rims on it in the RIGHT way...i would be very happy... those tire guys never learn... I have ones seen one that had one wide rim in front and a small on the other side.. on the rear !!! THE Z32 TWINTURBO (not the na) IS ONE OF FEW CARS WHO HAVE 4 DIFFERENT RIMS ON THEM.. and.. have offcourse 4 different parts Nr's.. and... have a BIG L or R on it... And still they keep putting them on the wrong side....pffff...
Diseazd Posted August 16, 2015 Author Share #5 Posted August 16, 2015 You are the 2nd guy in the last week that pointed that out (and I've owned the car for 22 years)......I would have never noticed that the slots in the wheels are directional (good eye). I'll fix that....Thanks
Martzedcars Posted August 16, 2015 Share #6 Posted August 16, 2015 Hahaha... yeah... next time when you get new tires on the front.. tell the tire guy after he put them one right.. they Always go with the new layed on tire to the other side and change them.. this time hopefully also.. Lots of z32 owners are not aware.. Grts,Mart
