ksechler Posted October 16, 2015 Share #1 Posted October 16, 2015 Hi, could someone tell me the bolt size for the front fender to the body. It's a 10mm head and I think 6mm bolt. Fine threads?? I'm having a little trouble sourcing them. Any help is appreciated. My original hardware is pretty rusty and I'd rather replace it than get into tumbling and zinc plating them if I can help it. ksechler Posted October 16, 2015 Author Share #3 Posted October 16, 2015 Here you go.... http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/14-1223 Thanks. I feel stupid for not looking there. I was so busy trying to find them at Belmetric and other places that I didn't try the obvious choice. Nice 370z BTW. I have a 350z NISMO and a 1976 280z (was running too... getting closer to running again).
wheee! Posted October 16, 2015 Share #4 Posted October 16, 2015 Thanks. I feel stupid for not looking there. I have a 350z NISMO and a 1976 280z (was running too... getting closer to running again). Your 280 looks a lot further along than mine ! My 370 was purchased while I was deployed in Afghanistan... I sooooo wanted a 280 while I was in high school but could never swing it back then. The 370 was the closest thing to it and the 350 just didn't seem right (as a relative of the S30 series; just wasn't the same design). I am loving having the 280 now, and at a time in my life when I can afford to restore it properly! Time and money wise ! * I can't tell from the photo, but make sure the heads of the bolts are thinner than normal to clear the hood... special head design for the fenders.
