as most of you know I own a 72 240z colored lime yellow or code 112. I have always been under the impression that this color was only offered on the 72 model year. on ebay I see a 73 for sale with the same color code sticker. it's a beautiful car and has a repaint but according to the description is original color. my question is, did the 73 come in this color option?

This info is from the Datsun 240Z Registry on Facebook.  They've recently posted a matrix of the exterior/interior colors for the 240Z's.  Your code was available from build dates 9/71 to 8/73.  The info came direct from Nissan Service Bulletins.

Is there a separate registry for 260 and 280Zs ?

None that I am aware of.  I know the originator of this one is focusing exclusively on 240Z's.
