November 28, 20159 yr comment_481817 I would think the option would have been ordered by the dealer the way cars are down now and the dealer could have also ordered a loose part for replacement too. December 10, 20159 yr comment_482673 The factory shift knob is shown in post #3, anything else is an aftermarket knob added by the dealer or by an owner. December 11, 20159 yr comment_482709 On the topic of shift knobs. My wooden knob is missing it's emblem. Anyone have any idea where to find a replacement? I've searched the internet high and low and can't seem to come up with much. I don't even care if it looks even close to original. January 8, 20169 yr comment_484139 The New Nissan wood shift knob does not match up to the originals very well. Here is one I bought that is very nice quality and available for 4 & 5-speed. Might even have the inserts avail separately. https://zcardepot.com/driveline/transmission/shift-knob-wood-4-and-5-speed-510.html?search=shift+knob Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/52883-wood-gear-shift-knob/?&page=2#findComment-484139 Share on other sites
