Looks like android users need to use tge basic uploader to attach files. This can be selected with tge link below called "use basic uploader"

So far I see no "basic uploader". It probably is just me tho.

It doesn't look like there's an attachment uploader in this current software if you are using the mobile theme.  (our new software coming next week will have better support for mobile)  Until then, you'll have to change to the Stock or Zdash theme to see it.  I've attached a screenshot where it's located...  Apple IOS devices don't support flash so I think this is automatically selected.  Android can use either one depending on the version.
