DinoUK Posted March 26, 2003 Share #1 Posted March 26, 2003 It's a little bar that connects the end of the front anti roll bar to the suspension arm by the front wheel. It's about 4 or 5 inches long. It has a couple of rubber bushes at each end, so it sort of looks like a bone shape. the metal "cup" that holds the bush in place at the bottom has sheared off on my 74 260Z so when I take a sharp right hander, I can hear it crunch out of place, then crunch back in when i straighten up.I need to replace it, but I don't know what to call it to order it.Can anyone help?Cheers

24OZ Posted March 26, 2003 Share #3 Posted March 26, 2003 Hi Dino,I know the part you mean, and if you describe it as you did (the metal washer cap that goes over the bushing on the end link) you'll be able to get one..If you are unsure as to whome to get one from give Mike Feeney (MJP Autos) a call, he definately will know what you are talking about.I imagine that part to be very cheap and probably in stock. His number is 01277374201
ZCCOR#109 Posted March 26, 2003 Share #4 Posted March 26, 2003 Hay guy,If the washer/keeper has warn through and or broken off, then that is a strong clue that the bushings and washers are WORN OUT!. Get a set of bushing and the associated washers and put all new on this car. This has a pretty significant effect on the handling, especially the responsiveness to steering input.
