So a weird thing has happened with my 1987 Nissan 300zx. Sometimes the headlights won't work properly. The drivers headlight works fine. The passenger headlights and the fog lights now go off and on randomly. The fog light switch indicator also turns off and on. Its so weird. The flip ups work perfectly. Its just that the passenger headlight and fog lights just don't come on most of the time. This is a really irritating problem. Note that the bulbs are not burned out. Its just that the passenger side headlight and the fog lights won't turn on all the time anymore. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't and sometimes they flash on and off like a disco. I could use any help.

Loose connection, bad grounds, broker wire? Do you have a meter?

So i discovered the problem. The headlight switch itself its busted. I did some research and found that this is actually a common problem for z31s.
