I just came back from watching a movie and in the previews they had one for the new Pizza movie coming up. To those that haven't heard about Pizza, it's an SBS comedy show about these ethnics that deliver pizza and get in comedic situations. Pretty funny show at times.

Anyway, in the preview I saw a 240/260? red in colour with cowl induction doing a burnout. It looked and sounded good but it was a short scene only.

Now, this show is filmed in Sydney so logically you'd think that the movie is filmed in Sydney and that this car is from Sydney. Does anyone know more about this car?

If anyone buys High Performance Imports magazine, in issue 30 there is a black 2000GT Toyota (I hope that's right) and a red 260Z with an RB25DET from Sydney.

You might be right. I only saw it briefly and I was in shock so I couldn't function properly.

BTW, has anyone seen the movie crackerjack? 'cause I think it has a light metallic blue (same colour as mine!) Z in it, and when I saw it in the preview my girlfriend had to shut me up cause everyone in the cinema could hear me saying...'NAT! (gf) NAT! That was a Z, in my colour too!! Did you see it, wasn't it cool!!!'...

theres this other movie that has a 280zx in it, call RISK, has the chick from secret life of us in it, and the 280zx gets smashed in a insurance scam, has been on foxtel the last month or so...

in pizza the series, they had a 260z 2+2 auto... which looked crayz

That was a 2+2? Never noticed... anyway ya it was awesome. Perhaps more awesome was teh stereo setup in it. The guy I took my car to to have 2 measly 6x9s stuck in the back was one on the team fitting hte stereo to that thing, and ya, pretty psycho setup he had.

Yeah, Sleek (the elite) upgraded the Festiva to a 260Z 2+2 in the insurance scam episode (the same one where they trashed Pauly's Valiant & then rebuilt it - to look identical as it was originally)......

I've seen the ad on the TV for the movie. You only see sleek with his head out the passenger side window and the rear side window and rear pillar. But it's enough for me to work out that it is actually a red 280ZX 2 Seater not a 280zx 2+2. Wonder where that car came from? I didn't think they were sold in OZ. Must be a second hand import.

Yeah the yellow in the TV show is 260z is a 2+2.

I swear the one in the show was red...

The Festiva was metallic green

The Valiant was yellow

The 260Z 2+2 was maroon

there is a red 280zx that runs at the Quit motorplex drag events. It has fat pizza on the side and has a 350 chev in it (I think).

It goes quite well (for a 280) !!
