April 5, 200321 yr comment_32796 Last time I checked they were available from Nissan and Motorsport Auto in Los Angeles. Cost was well over $100 USD Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/5490-new-power-antenna/#findComment-32796 Share on other sites
April 5, 200321 yr comment_32799 Stereo place, I paid 100 bucks and that inlcuded installation. It works great and it's automatic! I would go to a mom and pop place rather than a big chain store, It'll likely be cheaper plus you'll have a better warranty Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/5490-new-power-antenna/#findComment-32799 Share on other sites
April 5, 200321 yr comment_32805 You could even go so far as to buy one in a packet, $50 for a full electric one and install it yourself. They're not hard, AND they come with instructions ...... April 6, 200321 yr comment_32823 Mine struggles to open and close, and often fails to. I"ve tried cleaning it in the open position with wd-40 but it didn't help. I believe it is the original antenna. Is it salvagable or should I just replace it? I'm tired of listening to the only station it picks up in the down position.
