Thats fine....I think its quite funny actually.

I emailed you (Zpeed) a year or 2 ago to buy your car.

Then a couple monthes ago I emailed you (Zpeed) to see if you were intersted in MY straight rust free shell :)

Since then I have done a bit of custom bodywork and another respray so the $2k I wanted for it is N/A anymore :geek:

Anyhow, If your (Datto-Zed) seriously intersted in my shell let me know, however I think it may be a bit pricey for what your after seeing that I have spent over $5k now.

On the other hand if you (Datto-Zed) want to sell you car as is to start again, I may be interested also :)

Ironic.... :D

I'm 3rd year Mech Enginnering....so yeah....not much time on my hands.

If I can find a good shell cheaper than repairing mine thne I'll do it, even if it takes longer to do. I can just work away at it bit by bit, and then every now and then get all the lads over and spend a day with four or so of us working at it. They owe me bigtime for all the work I've done on their cars! :)

drunkenmaster: While my car isn't worth that much anymore, I've spent to much on it to sell it cheap. :) How low would you sell your shell for? (too much I know)

Alfa: You can have my zed in exchange for yours! And the C110! :)

Well, as i said I would sell it as long as i didnt lose too much so i could start again on a complete car....

I would say both of us have spent too much of something we shouldnt have and now have to deal with it :)

Back on track, and complete 260Z 2 seaters for under $2k in any shape??

I dont care if its your cousins dogs ex owner uncles wifes car, let me know :)

Ah, how is that course? I was planning on doing it combined with a Business degree, but then decided on IT & Bus instead.

I am considering doing it afterwards, just because I'm so interested in all that. Is it a lot of mechanics or too much theory?

Plenty of theory and not enough hands on as far as I'm concerned. I was doing mechatronics for three years, but I didn't do so well because the electronics side was all theory and I don't apply myself well with purely theory based stuff.

I learn well with the hands on stuff, hence the switch to straight mech. There's still not enough though.

Btw....at uni now doin some finite element analysis work. :)

Youre 3rd year doing Finite Element Analysis... I did that in grade 12 at school ROFL ROFL

although I bet your stuff would be 100x harder Im sure...

Pity about the amount of theory in your course... you could always do an apprentiship.

My brother switched to Mechantronics this year, after 3 years of a IT degree :-/
