morning commute - getting on the freeway

so i pass the 350 and pull up alongside the lovely 240, we exchange waves, i pull away w/a light stomp to let her sing, settle back down to 60 and flashing lights appear in the mirror.

nice. fortunately the trooper was a good-natured individual and i escaped unscathed...

Maybe y'all touched his heart seeing 3 Z's together.  It would have gotten my attention for sure.   At any rate, today would be a good day for you to buy a lottery ticket also.

I think Z cars are the automotive equivalent of the birthday paradox.  Even in my little town of 10,000 just outside of LA there are at least 3 other Z's that I see rolling around!

Don't forget that your car got to be a part of parking 3 green 280Zs next to each other. All of them very nice.

I appreciate that Steve, I'm definitely going to. 

I'm getting real close on this "quick rebuild" I started over a year ago, and it's the car I want to drive over there.

Sounds good to me! I think I can swing it early this summer if the rebuild was okay. I mated the tranny up today, laying on a heating pad tonight.  It's getting close to "fire in the hole" time.

Captain and myself hit a few that's for true. The poolside is what got my time. I was on vacation not probation, I didn't have anybody to check in with.
