I hung the booster and the pedal box tonight

I worked on adjusting this little tip.

So I threaded it out some then checked the fit until I had a gap close to this

15/16 master for extra fluid for the Yota calipers. It's been sitting on the shelf for years, New in the box

Charles,

Its been quite a few years but as best as I can recall I used either a 5/8" or 3/4" wide closed cell weatherstrip on both the edge of the splashguards and the bulkhead at the back of the fenders where it butts up against the A-pillar. This stuff is self-adhesive, usually available at most auto supply stores.

I need some help with these

This is the trim for around the headliner. These aren't really reusable but I can use them for templates

What are people doing for these pieces? or for a source of material to cut your own?

I taped mine down to some cardboard material to make a pattern.   Lay them out in the sun or use a heat gun to get them to lay flat.

Do you have the clamp strips that go around the headliner?  I can get you some pictures if you need to see what they look like.

Here is a link to the post I made on my build thread about removal of these items. I plan to use it remind me about how to reinstall this trim, ie steps in reverse.  I was lucky that mine reusable. Hopefully it might help.

Charles, Yes that is what I called the clamp strips.  CanTechZ's post shows it quite well.

There are 2 different lengths. I am assuming the long one if for the windshield and the short ones are for the sides? I have 2 of each
