May 12, 20168 yr comment_494825 Those are the resistors to make 3 speeds out of a one speed ventilator.... and clever thinking the japanese engineer placed it.. in the vent.hose.. it heats the air and cools the resistor and the resistor can be cept fairly smal.. three flies catched at one go! May 13, 20168 yr comment_494922 Yeap.. fan...vent... blower.. whatever.. ;-) that thing that blows air.. haha.. But know... if the blowermotor becomes worn out, use it only on full speed.. better restore it before it kicks the bucket.. if you use it on half or low speed the resistor is not cooled enough and will ...eh...kick the bucket! (This is because the motor is asking more current and the airflow is limited by lower rpm's..)
