I ended up with these hubcaps in a bulk parts buy, and I am not going to do anything with them. 

A set of 4 stock hubcaps in rough shape that need work to restore them back to their original glory. 

The fronts are dirty and faded, the backs are rusty and some tabs are bent.

Two look great, two look a little tarnished. When I got them they were stuffed two in each box.

I am all in favor of first to answer gets their place in line. The question is how long?

24 hours seems like fair enough time for Siteunseen to make his choice? I have not seen any forum rules on this topic. (or am I mistaken?)

I know what you mean Site, besides these for a set of steelies, I have 4 sets of wheels in addition to the ones on my one car

Gav, I doubt Zup will drop out, but if so, I will contact you. 

The NOS center caps are sold to Zup 

I put a lower price on the hubcaps as shown in the first post (edited), with box dimensions and weight for shipping calculations.
