Have read good reviews on this product which is sold in AMAZON website:

Could it be sprayed on top of a layer of POR 15 and then covered by JUTE MATERIAL?

In the car audio world at least (as much as I still keep up with it), no one uses any of the liquid sound deadeners.  I would suspect they're either mostly ineffective, compare poorly to other options (e.g. Dynamat-like stuff) or probably both.

It seems like you've been asking some variation of the same question for weeks or months now and received a number of good options.  Eventually you just gotta pick something.  If you need more analysis to enable your paralysis, you can read more here: https://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com/

I think @grannyknot used something like lizard skin in his car and if I recall correctly he mixed beads in the mixture. Maybe he can help you with his experience.

I used both lizard skin products in the car I am doing the insulator and the heat shield. I sprayed the whole interior of the car, quarters, door interior s and the roof skin. the sound transmission is much better. I may still add some sound mat on top of this. The additional weight is not of concern for me...

Okay i will go with a gallon of Lizard Sking Sound Barrier:

and then over it Jute Padding! Is the spray order the following:

NEW FLOOR PANELS + POR 15 + LIZARD SKIN SOUND BARRIER + PPG 904 Paint and then the Jute Padding once dried? Does this apply to the doors, roof and quarterts, replacement Wheel área, etc?

The paint shop is removing all the tar in the tunnel? Will POR 15 suffice as antirust and sound barrier? or is it better to pour por 15 plus a layer of lizard King sound barrier?
