Radio antenna grommet replacement

Anybody know a good replacement ? It cracked and fell off. Don't like the idea of water getting in there. I guess I could used one of those rubber vacuum caps and drill a hole in it, but  it's hard to drill rubber.

I gotta spend more time checking that site. Not the part though, the thing that broke off fits tight on the lowest part of the antenna, then it widens at the bottom to fit around the part that the antenna extends from. Not sure what it looks like since I never paid attention to it when it existed. Maybe it's a standard part on various cars.

I also own a 1972 240z and during the process of removing the parts to get it paint, i discovered that it carried a manual antenna? Did this year came with manual or electric antenna? i bought the following electric antenna on eBay and was wondering if it will work or not? Or should i reinstall the manual one?

I purchase an aftermarket antenna on EBay to be used with an Aftermarket kenwood radio. Question is: If once the antenna is wired just by turning on the radio the antenna goes up? What if i only want to listen to a CD or USB device, will i still have the antenna up? Is there any way of wiring the antenna so that it only goes up if i decide to hear a radio station?
