I've been away for quite awhile as I sold my 71 Racing Green 240z about 3 years ago and I've been regretting it since.  Last week I was perusing Craigslist and found a car local to me that I went and checked out.  Needless to say, it's an AMAZING Garage/Barn find!!!  Been parked under cover in the same garage since 1997.  2nd owner since 1975 and the seller knows the original owner.  Paint is completely original, interior is completely original, as is everything else except the owner put on some weber downdrafts shortly before parking it.  ZERO rust and in amazing condition.  I am so stoked and can't wait to get her home cleaned up and running again.  It's a Lime Yellow '73 btw.  I'll post some pics when I get them downloaded.

It's a fairly easy swap. I've done two of mine. The manual pedal box is already in the car.....all you need is a clutch and brake pedal, a clutch Master Cylinder, a clutch hydraulic line and of course a tranny and slave cylinder. You use your existing console, driveshaft also. Install the shift boot and you're ready to go.

Don't forget flywheel and bolts, clutch and pressure plate...;).  I'm going to get this running and see if the trans will even operate after sitting so long before I decide what i'm going to do.  If I swap, I'll most likely go 5 speed from the zx but we'll see.  240 4 speeds are super cheap and plentiful on CL.  I'm actually going to pick up the car this afternoon.  I'm super stoked!!!

.........and brass bushing for the end of the crank (autos don't have one). BTW....under the hood looks like it'll clean up nicely. Can't wait to see the rest of the car. Great color....my favorite!
