planning on entering the zcca judged car show in the s30 stock. will I be deducted points if I don't have my original spare tire and tool bag?

From what I have seen of judged events, likely no.

They will have you open the hatch to inspect the cargo area, but not inspect the spare area. It is probably up to the judges discretion.

Chances are that the judges will not look at your spare tire, jack, or tool bag.
