rear hatch weatherstrip

does anyone have a close-up picture of the rear hatch weatherstripping? i want to make sure i put it on correctly

i bought one from vintagerubber.com and the shop cannot seem to find a way to install it! I guess they are just plain dumb!! I dont think vintage rubber sent me a wrong rear hatch weatherstrip for my 1972 240z

Here is how I did mine.  For the 3 piece strip, I put the center one in first, centering as best I could.  Then put on the two sides....trimmed the extra length.  Hope the pics are clear enough

I'm curious to know how the shop did it? There is no welting so I am guessing you have to use weatherstrip glue and tape to hold it in place?

yes. i used 3M weatherstrip glue. just follow the directions and take your time

I used a lot of spring loaded clamps to ho;d my Vintage rubber weatherstrip in place while the glue dried.
