Posted August 15, 20168 yr comment_500998 Hi Guys This wil be my fist post here , recently got myself a 1972 240z resto that needs finishing . My last project was an R33 GTR that i am much more familiar with I need help with the wiring loom , i have managed to repair and rewrap the engine bay loom and rear lighting loom as they were fairly obvious but there is a ton of connectors and broken wires under the dash . I downloaded the field service pdf's that show the connectors for the instrument loom , but it does not say what the connectors are for , or what they plug into . Is there a more complete connector / wiring diagram for the dash of this car ? My other option is to pull out the dash and trace and start from scratch , im hoping there is a simple diagram of the loom with connectors labelled and wiring colours so that i can id them thanks in advance . August 15, 20168 yr comment_500999 Did you download from here? And are you looking in the Body Electrical chapter? FSM stands for Factory Service Manual, is that what you mean by Field Service? Just trying to figure out what you're looking at. With a meter and the diagrams it shouldn't be too difficult to figure things out. http://www.classiczcars.com/files/category/9-factory-service-manuals/ There's this one also - http://www.classiczcars.com/files/category/1-wiring-diagrams/ Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/55966-trying-to-make-sense-of-the-dash-wiring/#findComment-500999 Share on other sites
