Looks similar to the one I have.  It works fine but doesn't need both fans.  I took the fuse out of one.  When mounting it, make sure to put some rubber washers between the shroud and radiator.  Otherwise the lip of the shroud will bottom out against the radiator and damage it.

1 more question, is there a difference in the 240-260 radiator physical sizes? i found this one on ebay. he lists it for a 260 and then for a 240. i do not have the original to measure for fit.

i called this guy and he said he could do $360 shipped off ebay, and he is just up the road a bit. thats $180 cheaper!

one other question. how much room do you have between the fans and your water pump pulley?

Sorry, I don't know the answer to that one.  My car is a 280z.  If you want me to measure something let me know.

I'll check.  My car has a harmonic damper and a crank trigger wheel installed and there is enough room for that.  The photo shows what I'm talking about.
