From all of us here at the Classic Zcar Club, we would like to thank you for being a part of our extended family. It's Thanksgiving here in the USA and we wanted to show our appreciation for supporting our club. As we spend a few days pondering our thankfulness (and trying not to eat too much), it's also a good time to remember the past. Our club is no different. We were here before Facebook, Twitter, smart phones, and the "cloud"... It's amazing how things have changed, and I'm very proud of how we've adapted. Our little club has become one of the go-to resources for the Classic Z, and we have been owned and run by the same people since 1996! This is no small feat and definitely worth the ride.
If you have a few moments during this long weekend, feel free to stop by and take a look at some of our latest updates. We have added a Knowledge Base of technical articles, a reinvented Member Garages area where you can store your own vehicles, and have been adding more websites to our Links Directory. The Forums are always buzzing with activity and we are proud of our car-related content.
I also want to encourage you to take a look at a fundraiser we've put together to purchase bikes for school kids in underdeveloped countries. We would like to pool our money together to buy at least two bikes for these kids. You can read more about this on our website.
Lastly, as we move into the end of another year, I want to ask for your support. We need help in many areas of the site including expert Z help and funding. It takes people to run a site like this, and it also takes money to keep the lights on. If you have a few minutes, please visit our club membership area in our store. You can read about how even a small monthly donation can help us keep the dream alive. And if you don't want to donate in funds, we have many areas where you can help provide Z advice or even look for Z events or links to other websites.
