Posted February 28, 20178 yr comment_514029 These came with the first 240 I bought and resold. I'll never install them because I need to keep my driver's license and stay out of jail. They are the older ones and supposedly pulled off a wrecked 240 years ago. They have been dry of fuel for at least 5 years and would most likely need rebuilding. Weber Bologna, made in Italy. 40 DCOE 18. CANNON intake. Any help with their value would be appreciated. Thanks, Cliff. February 28, 20178 yr comment_514032 I'd ask $800 and see how it goes. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/57153-what-are-these-worth/#findComment-514032 Share on other sites
February 28, 20178 yr comment_514043 As a reference new. Maybe go up to $1000 and then go down. I sold an old set of mikuni 45mm for $500, but I always end up selling stuff to cheap. Then again it typically sells fast. https://www.racetep.com/automaker/datsun-z/z-car-triple-sidedraft-weber-carb-and-fuel-injection-conversions/basic-kit.html Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/57153-what-are-these-worth/#findComment-514043 Share on other sites
March 1, 20178 yr comment_514062 I suspect more than $1000. I don't have time right now to look through ebay but those are the Italian made bodies (deisreable) the 18's with the manifold and the Redline filters... March 1, 20178 yr Author comment_514068 Do those look new to you? I'm not so sure. I'll research further with my laptop but I am thinking they're no longer made in Italy. March 2, 20178 yr Author comment_514185 Thanks Charles! I'm gonna have to man up and sale on ebay. Always a buyer, never been much of a seller. I'm too honest to be a salesman. April 3, 20177 yr comment_517134 Somewhere between $1000 and $1200. Any less and you're giving them away. Some, like the 48DCOE were the same design but used on Ferrari race cars and Maserati street cars. They can be worth a good deal more to a person trying to make one of those Original again.
