Cliff, are those the scuff plates for your 240? I wish they still had the ones for my 280.

Yes they are 240 parts and definitely tired.

Rob I'll see if I can find a part number and call my local dealership to check availability. 

Excellent! The last time I went into the Nissan dealer here the guy looked at me as if I were speaking in tongue's when I asked if he can check on a part for my 280z!

My scuff plates can't even be restored. The driver side anyway.

Pricey?  Yes, but they are stainless.  I got an original pair off ebay when I was looking for something like 36. But it's been a while. They still show up sometimes.

My Nissan dealer just changed owners. The last time I called them and asked for specific part #'s, they asked "you've gotta' what?…..".  You'd have thought I was asking for something for a Yugo.

Greg, I forgot all about those! Thanks for the reminder. I'll also see what Cliff comes up with. I do like the original look. Been looking on ebay for a short period of time with no result.
