Here are some more photos from the 2017 Mitty.   I am in silver #176.  The photo in the rain was the Sunday afternoon race.  Scott Curry is in #181.  I eventually passed him in this race.  We were the only 2 Datsuns that stayed to race in the rain. 

It's good to see that your tie rods held up.

They did.  We got a replacement but never installed it, and I've bought spares since I got home.  I still need to install replacement and get body work fixed.  Glad that I stayed.  Despite there being only 14 cars in the race, it was the best racing that I had all weekend.  Ended up 6th overall.   

S30's are basically an excellent car in the rain, it's their natural balance, unlike some others which have the heavy bits in the wrong places.

Give me a heads up if you're coming back to track the car at Road Atlanta or Atlanta Motorsports Park. I'm only a half hour from either venue.
