He's asking 8k for the car which is a little high to me. I saw the for sale ad.

I would question the original paint with that added gold paint stripe. The interior pieces are pretty worn and difficult to find. For supposedly being garaged it's whole life that is a lot of sun damage. 

I think ZX rust is worse than Z rust and it rust in difficult places, check thoroughly.

The only correct answer to the original question is yes and no.  The last sentence makes no sense.
