May 12, 20177 yr Author comment_520759 So I am used to my series I 4 speed with a shortened shift lever. Tuesday I drove a friends 73 with the this same transmission and a shortened lever. Geez what a difference. Quick positive and so much better. Seems like it is worth making the swap just for that improvement. Guess things got better in those 13 years. Time to get it done Thx for the inputDon's iPhone using Classic Zcar Club mobile Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/57674-shifter-question/?&page=3#findComment-520759 Share on other sites
