az240z Posted May 10, 2017 Share #1 Posted May 10, 2017 I've had a couple of the front headlight holders soaking in vinegar to remove rust. The material around the rear part of the main body has delaminated. I'm wondering if the coating was to protect them from rust and or contain heat within the housing? I'm planning on using Eastwoods rust conversion to seal it and then paint them.. Re looking at them I think its undercoating. Can anyone confirm this.
