Well, the craigslist ad in your link was flagged for removal.  Posts it on cl and then wants to do the transaction thru eBay?  Kind of raises the red flag for me.

Yeah me too, just wanted your guys input. For all I know it's someones car from here...

That car was listed on the East Texas Craigslist last week for around $4000.  I emailed since there was no number, never heard a thing.  Those are more pictures than what was in the CL ad.  The whole payment through eBay is the big red flag its a scam.  Write them back, give them a phone number, tell them you want to pay in person, in cash.  See what they say. 

Thanks Hardway. My wife found it and was emailing them and I told her it was a scam. The whole sick veteran in Hawaii thing sends up red flags for me. Then the pay through a third party thing just confirms it. I guess they have figured out a way to scam the payment on Ebay motors now...You gonna be at Zconn since it's in your backyard?

I check the post and it has been flagged.
