'77 280Z garage build

Southwest Z Guy

Hey all, a bit new to the Z car family. I bought this Z a year ago to use as a daily, she ran fine until about February, in which she began to sputter. A week later she refused to even start. So i used this as an excuse to tear the car apart and build her up.

I'm no Z car expert, so I decided to hop onto here to see what kind of help i could get. And frankly, I might need it.

Well I'm mostly curious about what i can expect from the integrity of the electrical system, common points that they tend to corrode, or wear out. Already below the passenger seat, there's those two connectors who have definitely seen better days. I've read every manual under the sun but I must of missed them somewhere.

Clean, clean, clean. Use contact cleaner or CAIG Deoxit.  The wires tend to be okay but the connections get corroded.  There are replacements for the things like the injector connectors.

The connections under the seat are probably the brake warning lamp check relay.  At least one is.  BE-36 and -43 in the factory manual.
