Well I went and had a look at it this arvo, and its a Cannon (not a brand i am familiar with) it measures up like it would take 44/45's not just the 40's, appears quite clean on the inside, however it is a bit bastardised (few too many holes drilled in the mounting plate) The guy had never had it on his car nor did he have any linkages etc, so I guess until I find out more about cannon manifolds, it will be a case of wait and see.

I have a Cannon manifold and triple DCOE 40's. Came with the car, so I have no idea what it would be worth. I usually only see them on ebay with carbs attached. About all I can say is that it seems to work, although I still am having trouble getting the weber's to accelerate properly at my 6500 foot altitude. Victor.
