Posted May 27, 20177 yr comment_521827 I have a 1981 datsun 280zx turbo and I really like the looks of the sun louver but the hardware equipped is for permanent usage that requires you to glue it in place, I've been thinking about using hood pins to make up some sort of fastener that isn't so permanent other than that i have no idea, does anyone know of a product that isn't too expensive that will allow to to put it on and take it off whenever I want? May 27, 20177 yr comment_521851 My '77 has hinges at the top with shallow screws and spring loaded barrel latches at the bottom, also shallow screws. They were designed to be able to unhook the bottom and raise them off the rear window for cleaning, hinged louvers. The good thing about these is you can take out four screws on the top hinges and remove the whole assembly. Something similar to this but black of course.
