May 30, 20177 yr comment_522045 I m out right now but will send. U r close. U just need to adjust loop legnth so it doesnt overly hang in the hatch. But the belt metal clip will hang lower behind the seat. A gentle sweep to the hanger hook and then the metal part behind the seat Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/57829-shoulder-belt/#findComment-522045 Share on other sites
May 31, 20177 yr comment_522048 I leave my shoulder belt hooked to the lap belt and hang it from that plastic tensioner like you do. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/57829-shoulder-belt/#findComment-522048 Share on other sites
May 31, 20177 yr comment_522061 I have always adjusted my shoulder harness to be snug to my should and still allow my lap belt to to buckle as far to the right (nearest to the console). I then hook the lap buckle into the plastic box to hook to store it. Simple to reach across your shoulder remove from hook and buckle it without having to re adjust. See photos below. Ps I survived a head on collision at about 35 mph without injury.
