June 25, 20177 yr comment_524016 The drain plugs sold by Rock Auto are the right size. I just don't remember what the size is off the top of my head. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/57988-oil-drain-plug-size/#findComment-524016 Share on other sites

I found one that's copper with rubber inside for a tight seal around the threads. June 25, 20177 yr comment_524018 Seems like a really crazy thread size. 16.4 x 1.33? Really? Welll I confirmed that by measuring one. Crazy! Interesting that it's really really close to 5/8-20 TPI.... Rock Auto has a pack of 5 for $2.23...
