It is a t5 that it started to pop off when down shifting on second gear, now While driving it will shift fine on all gears but it will pop off second gear specially on low rpm when up shifting, troubleshooting while park and engine running it will engaged all gears except second gear that it Will pop off when letting the clutch off,anyone can help please?

broken or soft springs in your main plate of the gearbox? In the main plate are bolts, if you get them out there are springs with steelballs behind them, when those springs are to soft the box gets out of gear..  i ones used a sidecutting pliers to widen the spring and that worked! Just make it a bit longer. Catch the parts when unscrewing those bolts!

Main plate... i mean the thick steel part in the middle of the gearbox..  sorry for bad english..

How's the alignment in the shifter cutout?  I used to have this problem because of the rubber boot.  Fixed it with a revised shaft that fits better.

Thanks for the coments i check on the shifter and found the four bolts on it were loose,i tight theme up and solve the problem.
