Build date help

I knew there were obvious changes in the sheet metal such as the '70 rear deck lid vent and the 280z vented hood. I assumed there were rear quarter panel changes to accommodate the bumper changes but what is the rear deck slope? Sorry for the ignorance.  I have never owned a 280z before. :)

I believe they raised the deck height to accommodate a larger fuel tank and the slope was to cover the rear brake light panel?  I'm not positive though.  I know my 240 has that plastic panel that's about 8 inches tall and goes from the driver's side to passenger's.  It's held in place with plastic push pin rivets.  My 280 doesn't have that, you can just pull the deck up and hang it on the driver's side hatch strut with a black elastic strap that has a hook on it.  I thought I had a picture but can't find it now.
