I have a fresh new Gt3071 turbo. Brand New Garett CHRA from ATP turbo not a rebuild. Its a brand new unit I have paper work as well if you want to see that.

In other words the only used parts on the turbo is the housings both exhaust and intake housings are used. They are in great condition as well.
