Well, I have been known to work in an unorthodox fashion.   And, I am an official member of the "Blue Flame Club" so I have background and experience.  It's just the creative side of me I guess.  As for my wife,  let's just say sometimes it's a competition.

I love it.  I want to shoot flames on my "last ride". Which, actually, could be any day.

I think that you could put your coolant sensor on a switch and use it to generate the excess fuel.  Whether or not the engine would restart is another problem though....

I have a set of 44mm Solexs with no large venture, just a brazed "elbow" noodle and an 1/8th inch hole for gas to flow into the engine.

Lift and the engine spits, get on the throttle hard and a flame appears out of the twin exhaust pipes.

Or, you could just buy one of these...
