There is no reason to reinvent the wheel, the car came from  the factory with mounts for a 3 point seat belt, mounting a set of universal belt is quite easy, you will need a few longer bolts and spacers to mount the reels, the bolt size BTW is 7/16 fine thread.

if there is interest I can take pics of mine.

This one is Fibreglass, not Urethane so it should  not flex a crazy amount.

I am still going to use the factory C pillar mount for the redirect so the angles will be as per factory. It is because the inertia reels are designed to be mounted vertically otherwise they won't work properly.

As long as you are using a redirect up on the C Pillar, you should be ok then.  Good to hear.

I went with these

https://www.wescoperformance.com/3pt-roadster-seatbelt-bucket-help.html

with the retractor mounted in the old top belt bolt hole and the retractor inertia lock works fine.

I did try it and it locked up sometimes, but it took more inertia than it should, so I am more comfortable mounting them vertically as intended.

Jeff, your routing of the crankcase PCV and the valve cover breather may be wrong. The PCV outlet on the block is out only, and the valve cover vent is bi-directional . The little oil catch can you set up is an “in and out” you have one of the lines on the “out” port which defeats the filter mechanism inside. You will also have no positive breathing through the filter in the can! When all pressure is going in, it will effectively block ALL BREATHING from the block. If you install a filter on the "out" port and then route the valve cover hose to the top of the can, the air can move freely to the valve cover and still get clean(er) air from the can. The block will then be able to breathe.

Some people just add a small filter to the valve cover to allow air in and out as needed. Then just run the PCV from the block to the catch can "in" port, block the "out" if you're not going to the intake, and put a filter on the top of the can to allow air to move out of the block. This will result in unmetered air going to the top of the engine and defeat the "circulation" of the engine air, but some people do it with no negative effects.

Then again, this will probably set off a storm of posts from other viewpoints...
