I love that body shape, I would love to build that as a rat rod with a new chassis, but leave the patina exactly like it is! Absolutely, make it mechanically new and reliable on the inside but with the moss still growing on the paint. October 31, 20186 yr comment_560740 We used to play in even older trucks as kids. Our family moved to a very rural area with abandoned small saw mills. They ran the mills using trucks on blocks with belts fastened to their rear rims. As kids we had the "run of the mill" in the abandoned sites. ? November 1, 20186 yr comment_560791 Yes, I kept the sun visor...just could not force myself to (re) drill holes in the A-pillar to mount it. Plus, my son did not like it and we rebuilt the truck so he could drive it to high school...which he did. Really sorry, Jeff, for contributing to taking your thread off topic. Been following your videos from the beginning and you are doing a great job. November 2, 20186 yr comment_560842 I'll be curious to see how the tail light panels look after being installed with the lights and not having the chrome accent around the tail lights.
