Posted September 19, 20177 yr comment_530583 Any Z car clubs in Texas or events?? I have heard rumors about a big Z car event in Austin, but haven't found any dates of information. I am near the Abilene area and would love to meet some fellow Datsun owners! I wont be in my Z , it is still under restoration 3 years in and hoping to have it done by the end of the year Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/58564-texas-z-cars/ Share on other sites

September 19, 20177 yr Author comment_530591 Austin as a city should support the event even and try and host it annually. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/58564-texas-z-cars/#findComment-530591 Share on other sites
September 19, 20177 yr comment_530610 I don't think the people at Capital Z of Texas want to be punished like that. The ZCCA likes to spread the torture around. It's no small feat to host the national convention. Besides, by moving it around, people from all over the country have a better opportunity of making one. September 19, 20177 yr comment_530641 You're a couple of hundred miles from the D/FW area but we always have something going on. Check out the Cowtown Z Club (Fort Worth) and the Z Club of Texas (Dallas) on Facebook for our local events and meetings. New faces are always welcome. Hope to Z'ya soon!
