September 14, 20195 yr Author comment_583917 Also got my Jeep cas back from the machine shop. It’s nice and tight on the keyed shaft. Should work perfectly. I used the original dizzy collar as well. September 15, 20195 yr Author comment_584053 Efi Fuel system is in and wired. Happy with how it turned out. ITB here i come. All pushlock. I might switch some of it out to 5/16 from -6 braided. The braided seems a little large and out of place. September 15, 20195 yr comment_584058 Duffy, I love these fuel lines, very clean and professional. Am I right to assume that you are making them up as needed? What kind of tools do you need to make them? Really enjoying this build, to my eye every modification is spot on. September 16, 20195 yr Author comment_584088 Center fuel rail has hard lines between. They have an O-Ring. I haven’t decided on raw or not yet. Maybe powder coated or anodized!? September 16, 20195 yr Author comment_584090 I switched to 5/16 push lock and smooth hose and I’m much happier. Then I had some billet hose clamps that I installed. September 17, 20195 yr Author comment_584190 Parts back from zinc and a new water pump. Also finished the fuel pressure sensor. Billet P clamps work perfectly with the stock fuel rails. Screws right on Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/58568-duffys-171-series-1-240z-build/?&page=41#findComment-584190 Share on other sites
September 18, 20195 yr Author comment_584277 Built a passenger kick plate out of aluminum. I will powder coat it to match my stock one (sort of darker matchbox )This ecu location is about the best location I can find. September 20, 20195 yr Author comment_584392 Oil pressure sensor is in and linkage is all adjusted. I think it’s just time to wire. Which I’m dreading.
