April 8, 20213 yr Author comment_619423 I love making/ designing parts! I think it’s my favorite part of this strange hobby. This is a zero hole in my car EFI FPR mount. Next I will have it cnc cut. This is just 3D printed. Draw, design, test and make. So much fun. I really like how simple this radium fuel pressure regulator is. Uses a Bosch top. Very well thought out. April 11, 20213 yr comment_619579 Art and function done well . I still admire your skills . It’s hard to watch without being envious of your meticulousness . Fortunately I have a friend with a mill that can make me precision , because I’m more the ‘get er done’ guy . Well, hide it and mount it cleanly is the plan, down low near the transmission or something? April 12, 20213 yr comment_619632 It'll stay cleaner the higher its mounted. Shorter tubing is probably better from a functionality aspect, too Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/58568-duffys-171-series-1-240z-build/?&page=58#findComment-619632 Share on other sites
April 12, 20213 yr Author comment_619634 Vac hoses have to be equal length. That’s about it. It’s an odd shape, but I want to use it since it’s cool and vintage. April 27, 20213 yr Author comment_620567 Next hurdle is a hidden vacuum log for my ITB. My SK one is proving too hard to hide. My plans for a billet clamp won’t work with the stock hardware. But a simple cushion clamp should do the trick. Next is welding 3x 1/4 hose barbs onto my 5/8 OD aluminum pipe. It’s been threaded to -6 orb on each end. With the plan to use iac at some point.
