Thinking of converting to triple Weber carbs what would the pros and cons be, and where can I get some high quality Weber’s for a reasonable price

Are you changing cam, head porting and adding headers/exhaust as well?  If not, you won't recognize the full potential of the upgrade.

Would I need a performance cam? Because I can get my hands on one

Here's the complete setup if you decide to go with triples. I have a mostly stock motor and the SUs do just fine for my Sunday drive.

If you use 28mm chokes in the Webers you will get huge low end torque.... very nice.

I know someone that has 28s. :)

I would recommend SK Racing/ OER carbs over Weber.  They have more useful advancements in the design yet they use the Weber jets and E-tubes that are available everywhere.

Maybe someday!

I need to build that E31 then see if my SUs will keep it happy.  Diseazed has some hot motors with SUs so I'm thinking they'll be fine. Who knows until I get there?  Thanks 240260280.
