I found an ebay auction for a 77/78 version and the H and L are painted on the bracket.  I'll pull the bracket on mine to see if it is there.  I don't see anything on the horn itself.

Looks like it's pretty tough to find both lo and hi horns, let alone the proper brackets...

But I'm sure you could make one or have one made pretty easily.  Maybe the 280zx horns are the same?  Those seem more readily available... 

I might have time later to disconnect each of my stock horns and see which is hi/lo... assuming mine are original (99% sure they are) and assuming your car's PO left the stock one where it initially was.  

Apparently it sounds horrible if they aren't both working
