In my opinion the Grand Funk version of this was fantastic, but in reality it was a cover song from the Animals.  Here's the original version which is still very good... especially for 1966.

Yup, this guy is SOL if it ever makes it to court.  You can bet that a model release was signed by his parents and the only thing he will get is a nice bill from his lawyer. Just my opinion..
