Cannot get injector pulse - passes EFI bible tests!

I don't see the other ground wire for the EFI system.  It could be attached somewhere else but it came from the factory with a plastic connector, to a pigtail at the battery negative post.  Somebody has monkeyed with yours, that battery cable to the firewall is way overkill.

Yes,  you are right Cliff.    The circled EFI ground in your picture.

If it were mine,  i'd be cleaning & brightening up that important ground on the intake manifold.    In the pix,  looks like it has not been touched.

This one under the philips screw.

I cannot say how grateful I am for everyone's help. That was it. I cleaned that ground and it fired right up after getting all the air out of the fuel lines.

@Zed Head, I'm definitely going to do like you suggested and check everything now. I'd rather not have this again.

Thank you so much everybody, I hope you all have a very merry Christmas.

You're right - it was. I misunderstood and thought you meant the other ground cable going onto the intake manifold, to the right side in my pictures. My bad.

I knew you had mentioned it but didn't read back far enough.  I caught S30's post and went from there.

That's what happens when you don't keep up.

Glad it came back around and was resolved.  Early Christmas present I'd say.

I love this forum!
