siteunseen Posted July 9, 2018 Share #170 Posted July 9, 2018 Mine is what MSA calls a stage 3 like Moelk's. It's Schneiders 270/80F grind. Sounds like I'll be using the E31 as I've planned all along. I'm not looking forward to grinding those .190" lash pads down to size, I think will be .175 or .180. Thanks guys!
gundee Posted July 10, 2018 Share #171 Posted July 10, 2018 Installed my Recaro seat I found on Craigslist. Feels and fits great. Put my 240Z sliders on it. Did not come with any.
psdenno Posted July 11, 2018 Share #172 Posted July 11, 2018 (edited) Looks good. How much space between the seat and steering wheel? It looks like it sits a bit higher than stock. Dennis Edited July 11, 2018 by psdenno

240260280 Posted July 14, 2018 Share #174 Posted July 14, 2018 (edited) rebuilt 15/16 brake master cylinder installed: -- new rear brake hoses -- new calipers -- new brake booster -- new brake master -- new clutch master -- new clutch slave -- new clutch hose -- new hose clips Janet! I need you to help bleed the clutch! Waiting on front brake hoses to finish the brake job. All new hydraulics will be a treat. Blue always had a leaking booster so power brakes for a change will be nice. - brembo brake rotors weathered the 10 years in the elements nicely; just surface rust - Sumitomo S-12 calipers has rusted body and seized pistons - clutch slave had rusted pin and a slight leak - clutch master had a slight leak - brake master had the top caps rusted - rear drum brakes were great Edited July 14, 2018 by 240260280

I don’t have plans to paint the car anytime soon but will go ahead and detail and respray under the hood, no better time than the present.
