I am thinking about sourcing and installing an electric fuel pump. I had one on my car at one point but it was lost in the restoration. I believe that I have found an original pumb but cannot find a bracket. Does anyone have photos of the original upgrade kit or the bracket?

I thought it mounted to the gas tank?

I took a look under the car today and do not see any obvious mounting points. I did see two holes in the cross bar just forward of the tank and in prefect location for the pre-wiring that is in the harness. 

There's a bracket that mounts on the passenger side leg of the diff carrier that holds the pump.

Anyone with photos of the bracket?

Exactly what I was looking for. The bracket attaches to the cross member just in front of the fuel tank. Thanks

There are actually a couple of these for sale on eBay.  One with the same part number that HS30-H mentions in his post:

Looks like Nissan changed the design of this over the years.

My 72 came with that bracket and the wiring installed. I just figured all the 72's here came that way.
